Same-day loading depends on having enough healthy bone to hold the implants steady from the outset. Not every jaw qualifies, and a clinic surgeon will say so plainly after reading your CBCT scan rather than after you've flown.

A phone photo of your smile is enough to start. If you have a recent panoramic X-ray or CBCT from your dentist at home, send that too — it cuts a week off the process.

Two surgeons review it, separately
We send your case to a clinic in Türkiye and one in Mexico without telling either what the other quoted. You see both plans side by side, including where they disagree.

A fixed price, in writing
The quote covers the treatment, the hotel, and airport transfers. If the surgeon opens you up and finds more work is needed, the extra is quoted and agreed before anyone continues.

Driver at arrivals, hotel within walking distance of the clinic, and your guide reachable on WhatsApp through the whole trip. Most implant cases are two visits about four months apart.

Each featured clinic provides its own workmanship guarantee, typically five years. If a remake is needed within that window, the treating clinic redoes it at no treatment charge and covers your return flight under its guarantee terms. The guarantee is the clinic's, not ours — we hold your records, raise the claim on your behalf and press the clinic to apply its terms fairly. For anything urgent, your guide can arrange a local dentist to stabilise it and bill the featured clinic directly. You leave with a full clinical file in English so any dentist can pick it up. Ask your clinic in writing for its guarantee period and exclusions before you travel.
No. We're an agency. We don't own the clinics, we don't employ the surgeons, and we don't provide clinical care or medical advice. What we do is vet the clinics, negotiate fixed pricing, plan the trip, and hold the clinic to the guarantee. Every clinical decision is made by a licensed surgeon at the treating clinic.
The clinic pays us a flat referral fee when a case goes ahead. It's a fixed amount, not a percentage of your treatment plan — so we have no reason to steer you toward more work than you need. You pay the clinic directly, at the clinic's own price.
Veneers, crowns and whitening are usually one trip of five to seven nights. Implants normally need two: placement, then three to four months of healing at home, then the final restoration. Some full-arch cases can be done in a single longer visit — the surgeon will tell you which applies once they've seen your bone.
Mostly geography. If you're in the western US, Los Algodones is a drive rather than a flight and Cancún is a direct hop. Türkiye tends to work out cheaper on large full-mouth cases and has deeper capacity in complex implant work, but it's a long flight if you need two visits. We'll say plainly which we'd pick for your case.
Sometimes partially, on a reimbursement basis. US dental plans rarely pay overseas providers directly, but many will reimburse against an itemised invoice with treatment codes. We provide that invoice as standard. Check your own policy before you book — we can't advise on your specific coverage.
