Full Mouth Treatment

A complete reconstruction of both arches, combining implants where teeth are missing with crowns on teeth worth keeping. Unlike a Hollywood Smile, this is as much about restoring how you chew as how you look — bite height, joint position and function are all rebuilt.

How it's done

1. 01

   Full workup

   CBCT, intraoral scans, photographs and bite records. Planning takes longer than for any other treatment we handle.

2. 02

   Staged surgery

   Extractions and implant placement, often across more than one appointment within the trip.

3. 03

   Provisional phase

   Temporary restorations establish the new bite height, which you live with while integration happens.

4. 04

   Integration

   Three to four months at home.

5. 05

   Final restorations

   All units fitted and the bite refined over several appointments.

Who it suits

Extensive tooth loss, severe wear, or failing older dentistry across both arches.

Where it falls short

A major undertaking. Any surgeon who quotes this from photographs alone, without a CBCT scan, should not be doing it.

Recovery

The most demanding recovery of anything here. Expect a week of significant swelling and two months of dietary restriction.
