By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one in force, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes affecting people who have already submitted an enquiry will be notified directly where we hold contact details.

3. What this website is for

This website provides general information about dental treatments, our featured clinics, and the coordination service we offer. It allows you to submit an enquiry so that clinicians at featured clinics can assess whether they can help you.

It is an information and enquiry service only. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract for treatment, reserve a clinic appointment, or oblige any clinic to accept your case.

4. Information is general, not personal advice

Treatment descriptions, timelines, recovery guidance and articles on this site are written for a general audience. They are not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a recommendation for you specifically.

Nothing on this site creates a clinician–patient relationship between you and DentaSpot or between you and any featured clinic. See our Medical Disclaimer for the full position.

5. Prices shown on this site

Prices are indicative clinic rates in US dollars, published as ranges. They are not offers capable of acceptance and they are not quotations.

A binding price for you personally is issued in writing only after a clinician at a featured clinic has reviewed your radiographs or CBCT scan. Published ranges may change without notice as clinic pricing, exchange rates and material costs change.

• Ranges exclude flights and accommodation unless a package expressly says otherwise.
• Items shown as “quoted per case” have no published range because the cost depends materially on your clinical presentation.
• Comparative figures for other countries are indicative market estimates gathered for illustration, not quotations from any named provider.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to transmit unlawful, defamatory or harmful material; to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure; to scrape or systematically extract content for commercial purposes; or to submit another person’s personal or health information without their authority.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, code and the DentaSpot name and marks — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in considering treatment. Any other reproduction, republication or commercial use requires our written permission.

Third-party names, clinic names and manufacturer marks (for example implant system brands) belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

8. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

9. Availability

We aim to keep this site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from use of the site.

Liability for the coordination service itself, and for treatment provided by featured clinics, is dealt with in our Patient Service Terms.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that State have exclusive jurisdiction, save that nothing in this clause removes any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the state or country where you live, or your right to bring proceedings there where local law provides for that.
