Accessibility Statement
We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.
Last updated 17 August 2026
1. Standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Current status: Unassessed. We have not conducted a formal, independent accessibility audit and make no warranties regarding WCAG compliance.. This statement reflects our own assessment rather than a third-party audit.
2. What we have done
- Text and background colours are checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- The site works with the keyboard alone, and focus is visible.
- Animation and scroll effects are disabled automatically when your device requests reduced motion.
- Interactive controls have accessible names, and form errors are announced rather than shown only by colour.
- Tap targets on forms meet minimum size guidance.
- Content is structured with real headings and landmarks so it can be navigated by screen reader.
3. Known limitations
- The clinic carousel supports keyboard and button navigation, but drag interaction is pointer-only.
- Some comparison tables scroll horizontally on narrow screens.
- As no formal audit has been conducted, there may be unknown accessibility barriers present on the site. If you experience any difficulty accessing our website, please contact us directly so we can assist you with your inquiry via alternative means, by email or phone.

5. Reporting a problem
