How much does All-on-4 cost in Türkiye?

All-on-4 for both jaws starts at around $7,040 in Türkiye, against something near $52,000 in the United States. Full-arch work is where the arithmetic of dental travel stops being marginal and becomes decisive.

How much does All-on-4 cost in Türkiye?

What All-on-4 includes

All-on-4 replaces a full arch of teeth on four implants, two placed vertically at the front and two angled at the back to avoid the sinus and use available bone. A fixed bridge is then secured onto those implants.

A both-jaws quote at $7,040 covers eight implants and twenty-four crowns. The per-arch figure across our featured clinics runs $3,000 to $6,000, which is where most single-arch cases land.

The range within that is not arbitrary. It reflects the implant brand, whether the final bridge is acrylic or zirconia, and whether the case needs grafting first.

Why per-arch prices vary

The bridge material is the biggest single variable. An acrylic bridge on a titanium frame is lighter on the wallet and easier to repair, but it wears and stains over years. A monolithic zirconia bridge costs considerably more and lasts far longer.

The implant system is the second. Turkish systems such as Nucleoss sit at the bottom, Korean systems like Osstem in the middle, Straumann and Nobel Biocare at the top. All are legitimate; the difference is track record and the length of published survival data.

The third is the number of implants. Some cases genuinely need six rather than four, which is a different treatment with a different price.

The provisional and the final bridge

Almost every All-on-4 case involves two bridges. A provisional goes on at surgery or shortly after, so you leave with fixed teeth. The final bridge is fitted three to four months later once the implants have integrated and the gum has settled into its long-term shape.

This is where quotes most often diverge. A clinic quoting only the provisional will look dramatically cheaper than one quoting both. Ask explicitly whether the price includes the final bridge, and in what material.

A quote that covers a provisional acrylic bridge only is not wrong, but it is roughly half a treatment.

Grafting and bone

All-on-4 was designed partly to avoid grafting — angling the posterior implants makes use of bone that is still there rather than rebuilding bone that is gone. That is why it suits patients who have been in dentures for years.

It does not avoid it entirely. Severely resorbed jaws may still need a graft or a zygomatic approach, and that is visible only on a CBCT scan. Any All-on-4 quote issued without a CBCT is an estimate.

The second trip

Full-arch cases need two visits, roughly four months apart. The first is longer — typically seven to ten nights covering surgery, healing and the provisional. The second is shorter, often four to five nights for the final fitting.

Budget both journeys. Two return flights from the United States at $700 to $1,200 each plus accommodation for both stays adds perhaps $3,000 to $4,000 to the total. Against a $45,000 saving on the dentistry, that is comfortably absorbed — but it should be in the plan from the start.

Comparing a Turkish quote to a home quote

Home quotes for full-arch work are often presented per arch and frequently exclude extractions, the provisional, and sometimes the final bridge. Turkish quotes vary in the same way.

Put both on the same basis before comparing: number of implants, implant brand, provisional included, final bridge material, extractions, grafting, and the number of visits. Two quotes are only comparable once those seven lines match.

Common questions

From about $7,040 for both jaws, covering eight implants and twenty-four crowns. Per arch, prices run roughly $3,000 to $6,000 depending on the implant system and whether the final bridge is acrylic or zirconia.

Not always, and this is the most common reason two quotes differ. Many cases involve a temporary bridge first and a final one months later. Ask in writing whether both are included and in what material.

Usually yes. The first visit covers surgery and a fixed provisional bridge, typically seven to ten nights. The second, around four months later, fits the final bridge and takes four to five nights.

Often not — angling the rear implants is specifically designed to use existing bone and avoid grafting. Severely resorbed jaws may still need one. Only a CBCT scan can answer this for your case.
